Saint-Gobain Research North America is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for candidate care to drive our attraction strategy, engage talent and build a pipeline of candidates who are excited about Saint-Gobain and joining us to reshape the world! This role is a member of the Saint-Gobain Research North America Human Resources team and supports hiring for the Center located in Northboro, MA.

 

The talent acquisition partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional level talent and recent college graduates. This role owns and delivers the recruiting goals for internal customers by driving strategic workforce planning, campus outreach, programs, services and tools.  The successful candidate will consult with HRBP’s & hiring managers (HMs) on the what, where, and how of the recruitment strategy, including qualifications, market place data, trends, sourcing channels, etc.  As a subject matter expert, you will use your creativity to develop and implement strategic solutions that enable our teams to hire the right talent more effectively and efficiently.  This role is critical to the HR Team in Northboro!  Being a brand ambassador externally will be a vital part of the position in order to sell our EVP!  

 

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s development programs and corporate functions.
  • Perform full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection.
  • Partner with colleagues within the business and HR to drive, develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, which include internships, co-op programs, undergraduate, graduate level recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with specific university career services teams, student clubs, university leaders, and other campus influencers that will offer opportunities to identify and recruit top talent from each university. Develop year-round on campus activities that facilitate brand awareness and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build key performance metrics to monitor progress and report campus recruiting achievements and make adjustments for improvements.
  • Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
  • Maximize sourcing channels, networks, social media, university relations, career fairs, etc.
  • Travel to trainings, career fairs, sites, etc.
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferable for both manufacturing and corporate functions and 2+ years’ experience in university recruitment. 
  • Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources.
  • Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change.
  • Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
